1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (within U.S/Canada]): 5–9 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Tracking Orders

  • All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once the package ships.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order is shipped, thekbeauty.co is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you.

  • For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
